Do hybrid cars need to be charged?

Hybrid cars do not need to be charged. The 'electric' in hybrid technology does not come from external charging facilities, as hybrid vehicles are not equipped with charging devices. Hybrid car brands include: BYD Tang, Great Wall WEY P8, Cadillac CT6, Mitsubishi Outlander, Lynk & Co 01, etc. Taking the BYD Tang as an example: The BYD Tang is a mid-size SUV with a turbocharged intake system, delivering a maximum horsepower of 192ps and a maximum torque of 320nm. The vehicle measures 4870mm in length, 1940mm in width, and 1720mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2820mm. It is a 5-door, 7-seat SUV featuring a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Driving a hybrid car, I find it very convenient that in most cases, there's no need to charge it. I've personally driven a regular hybrid like Toyota, and all you need to do is refuel. The car automatically recharges the battery by recovering energy during braking, so there's absolutely no need to look for a charging station. Plug-in hybrids like the BYD Qin require charging, but if they run out of battery, they can still run on fuel, and overall, they are fuel-efficient. To be honest, after driving for so many years, the most comfortable aspect of a hybrid car is not having to worry about the hassle of charging, especially during long trips when you don’t have to stress about finding a charging station. When buying, just ask the salesperson what type it is, and you can avoid the charging hassle—otherwise, it can really affect daily life.
