Do Cars Still Need Water?

Cars do not require water; antifreeze coolant should be used instead. When the antifreeze coolant level is found to be below the minimum mark (the normal capacity of antifreeze coolant should be between MIN and MAX), it is necessary to promptly replenish the vehicle's antifreeze. For new cars, the antifreeze should be replaced after reaching a certain mileage, typically every two years or 40,000 kilometers. Precautions for adding antifreeze to new cars: 1. Do not use ordinary water as a substitute for antifreeze; 2. Avoid mixing antifreeze of different colors and specifications; 3. When using antifreeze from different brands, try to completely drain the original antifreeze from the cooling system; 4. Regardless of high or low temperatures, for the sake of cooling system efficiency and longevity, antifreeze should always be used.
