Fire extinguishers are not standard equipment for new cars, and new cars do not come with fire extinguishers. It depends on the local 4S store. The following is a related introduction about 4S stores: 1. Introduction: The full name of a 4S store is Automobile Sales Service 4S Store (Automobile-Sales-Servicshop-4S), which is a car sales enterprise integrating vehicle sales (Sale), spare parts (Sparepart), after-sales service (Service), and information feedback (Survey). 2. Demand: The emergence of 4S stores can just meet the various needs of users. It can provide well-equipped and clean maintenance areas, modern equipment and service management, a highly professional atmosphere, well-maintained service facilities, sufficient spare parts supply, and a rapid and timely tracking service system. Through the services of 4S stores, users can develop a sense of trust in the brand, thereby increasing sales.

To be honest, I’ve thought about this when buying a car. Currently, national regulations don’t mandate that vehicles must be equipped with fire extinguishers, so the vast majority of 4S shops won’t proactively provide one with a new car. However, it depends on the situation: for mid-to-high-end models or during special promotions, sales might include it as a freebie in the purchase package. Last time I picked up my car, I directly asked the salesperson, and he said buying one separately at the dealership would cost 150 yuan, but I ended up getting a 1kg dry powder extinguisher for 50 yuan at an auto parts market. It’s actually good to equip one yourself—while the chance of a car catching fire is small, it’s not worth the risk. Keeping a fire extinguisher and warning triangle in the trunk can be lifesaving in emergencies and also helps avoid issues during annual inspections. Don’t expect 4S shops to give it for free; you have to ask proactively to get a chance.

Motorcycles are not allowed to use the emergency lane during normal driving and should travel in the outermost lane of the highway. The emergency lane is reserved for emergency vehicles, such as when a vehicle cannot continue driving due to sudden illness, a flat tire, brake failure, or running out of fuel, and needs to stop in the emergency lane. Only emergency vehicles performing official duties can use the emergency lane for unobstructed rapid passage. Motorcycles must meet the following conditions to drive on the highway: Condition 1: The speed of the motorcycle must not be less than 60 km/h and must not exceed 80 km/h. Condition 2: When driving a motorcycle on the highway, the rider must not carry passengers and must wear a helmet.

Will points be deducted for motorcycles crossing solid lines?

Motorcycles crossing solid lines will incur a 3-point deduction. The following are situations where crossing solid lines will not result in point deductions: Yielding to emergency vehicles: While driving on the road, if encountering emergency vehicles such as fire trucks performing tasks, crossing solid lines to yield to these vehicles will not be penalized. Even if recorded as a violation, the owner can appeal to the traffic department after receiving the ticket to explain the situation. The relevant department will review based on the footage and the emergency vehicle's route that day, and the penalty can be revoked if approved. Sudden incidents ahead: When a severe accident or vehicle breakdown occurs ahead, causing prolonged road blockage, vehicles behind may cross solid lines to bypass the obstruction to avoid further congestion. This is usually not considered intentional violation and thus not penalized.

What is the fuel tank capacity of the Envision?

The fuel tank capacity of the Envision is 60 liters for the two-wheel-drive version, 62 liters for the four-wheel-drive version, and 68 liters for the PLUS version. These figures are officially released data. For the 2022 Envision models, except for the S552T two-wheel-drive luxury model, two-wheel-drive elite model, and Envision Plus 552T five-seat luxury model which use 92-octane fuel, all other models require 95-octane fuel. The two-wheel-drive version has a fuel consumption of 7.1-7.2L per 100 kilometers, allowing a range of 833-845km on a full tank. The four-wheel-drive version consumes 7.6L per 100 kilometers, with a range of 815km on a full tank. The PLUS version consumes 9.54L per 100 kilometers, offering a range of 712km on a full tank. During daily driving, it is essential to monitor the remaining fuel level in the tank. This is typically done by observing the fuel gauge inside the vehicle. If there are no other issues, the fuel level will be accurately reflected on the gauge. The fuel gauge usually has 5 to 6 segments, and it is advisable to refuel when only 2 segments remain to avoid running out of fuel midway. During the actual refueling process, the amount of fuel added may exceed the marked capacity. This is because the manufacturer's marked fuel tank capacity is measured from the bottom of the tank to the safe fill level. There is additional space from the safe fill level to the tank opening, which is reserved to allow for fuel expansion due to temperature increases without causing overflow. If fuel is added up to the tank opening during refueling, the actual amount of fuel added may exceed the marked tank capacity.
