Since it's computer recognition, it's best to avoid heavy makeup. Do not wear clothing such as tank tops, vests, or slippers when taking the exam, otherwise you will be prohibited from entering the exam room. If you wear hats, masks, scarves, or other facial coverings, you can enter the exam room after removing them. The "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" clearly stipulate that you can take the Subject One exam twice on the same day. If you fail the first time, you can retake the exam for free the second time. If you still fail the second time, the Subject One exam will be terminated, and you can only reschedule the exam after ten days. Subject One, also known as the Subject One theory exam or driver theory exam, is part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment. The exam content includes driving theory basics, road safety laws and regulations, local regulations, and related knowledge. The Subject One exam consists of 100 questions, divided into single-choice and true/false questions, with each question worth 1 point and a total score of 100. If you answer 11 questions incorrectly during the exam, the system will automatically submit the exam and end the session. The Subject One exam is computer-based. There is a time limit for the exam, which is 45 minutes. Subject One Exam Content: Driving license and motor vehicle management regulations; road traffic conditions and traffic regulations; road traffic safety violations and penalties; road traffic accident handling regulations; basic motor vehicle knowledge; local regulations; knowledge of braking systems and safety devices for large and medium-sized passenger and freight vehicles; specialized knowledge for wheeled self-propelled machinery, trams, and trolleybuses. Subject One Exam Notes: During the Subject One exam, students should pay attention to their attire. Slippers are not allowed, and electronic devices and bags are prohibited in the exam room. Bring your ID card and queue to enter the waiting hall. Observe the notes and procedures on the large screen, and store personal belongings in lockers before entering the exam room. In the exam room, the identity verification area will assign seats. After finding your seat, start the exam. Ensure the camera is aligned with you and follow exam discipline. If you fail the first time, there is a retake opportunity on the same day. If you fail again, you must pay to reschedule. After the exam, queue to collect your score sheet and sign it. Without a signature, the result is invalid. There is no limit to the number of times you can reschedule the Subject One exam. Each subject can be taken once, and if you fail, you can retake it once. If you do not take the retake or fail the retake, the exam will be terminated, and the applicant must reschedule. For Subject Two and Subject Three, there are only five exam attempts. Subject Two and Subject Three exams must be rescheduled after ten days. If you fail the Subject Three safe driving knowledge exam, the previously passed road driving skills exam results remain valid. There are three subjects in the driving test: Subject One, Subject Two, and Subject Three. Subject One refers to the road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge exam. Subject Two refers to the field driving skills exam. Subject Three is divided into two parts: road driving skills and safe driving knowledge. The safe driving knowledge exam is conducted after Subject Three, so it is commonly referred to as Subject Four. However, in official terms (i.e., the Ministry of Public Security Order No. 123), there is no such thing as Subject Four.
