Individuals who have registered motor vehicles under their names cannot participate in the lottery. The rules and precautions for the car lottery are as follows: Rules for the Car Lottery: Individuals who meet all the following conditions can apply for an incremental quota: residence in the city; holding a valid ID and a valid motor vehicle driver's license; no registered medium and small passenger vehicles in the city under their name, or all such vehicles registered in the city are listed as canceled or stolen in the comprehensive application platform for public security traffic management; no valid medium and small passenger vehicle quota in the city under their name; not eligible to apply for a renewal quota; and no overdue unused incremental quota obtained through the lottery within the past two years. Precautions for the Car Lottery: The quota is valid for 6 months and cannot be transferred; during the validity period of the quota, repeated lottery registration is not allowed. Quotas obtained by individuals or units through false registration information are invalid, and corresponding legal liabilities shall be borne.
