You can get rewards for reporting illegally parked vehicles. When encountering illegally parked vehicles on the road, users can take photos and upload them. After the photos are submitted to the traffic police platform and verified as valid reports, users can receive rewards. The rewards are not contingent on the vehicle owner paying the fine; users can receive rewards directly. Legal basis for reporting illegally parked vehicles: Article 63 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates the following rules for temporary parking of motor vehicles on roads: Parking is prohibited in sections with no-parking signs or markings, in sections with isolation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes or sidewalks, and in crosswalks or construction zones. Parking is also prohibited at intersections, railway crossings, sharp curves, narrow roads less than 4 meters wide, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels, and within 50 meters of these locations. Additionally, parking is prohibited within 30 meters of bus stops, emergency stations, gas stations, fire hydrants, or fire stations, except when using these facilities. Doors must not be opened or passengers allowed to board or alight before the vehicle comes to a complete stop, and opening doors must not obstruct other vehicles or pedestrians. Vehicles parked on the roadside must stay close to the right side of the road, and the driver must not leave the vehicle; the vehicle must depart immediately after passengers board or alight or goods are loaded or unloaded. City buses must not stop to pick up or drop off passengers outside designated bus stops.
