You cannot get a car license plate on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The vehicle management office does not operate on weekends and public holidays. As the vehicle management office is a government department, its working hours are fixed. The regular working hours are from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. License plate registration is only possible during these hours. Documents required for license plate registration at the vehicle management office: Original and photocopy of ID card (if processing for someone else, both your ID and the car owner's ID are required); original and photocopy of the invoice; original and photocopy of the vehicle qualification certificate; original and photocopy of the compulsory insurance policy (the copy will be retained); tax payment certificate (the copy will be retained). Car license plate registration process: The car owner should bring the tax payment copy of the car purchase invoice, a photocopy of the vehicle quality certificate, original and photocopy of ID card (for corporate vehicles, the company's organization code certificate and official seal are required) to the vehicle purchase tax office to pay the vehicle purchase tax. After completing the vehicle purchase tax payment, the owner can then submit the relevant documents for the vehicle purchase tax, the registration copy of the car purchase invoice, the original vehicle quality certificate, original and photocopy of ID card (must be photocopied on A4 paper) to the vehicle management office for approval and license plate registration.

What does a Level 4 water-damaged vehicle mean?

Below are the six levels of water damage for vehicles. 1. Level 1 water damage: The water level just reaches the vehicle's chassis, and the floor may become damp, but the likelihood of significant water ingress is low, with minimal impact on electrical components. 2. Level 2 water damage: Water reaches halfway up the wheels. Due to the vehicle's incomplete sealing, water begins to enter the interior. For lower sedans, the water level may affect seat adjustment motors and electrical components like heating and ventilation. 3. Level 3 water damage: Water almost completely submerges the tires. The interior water level will fully immerse the seat cushions and center console, affecting numerous electrical components. 4. Level 4 water damage: Water reaches the engine hood. The interior water level rises to the dashboard, and the headlights and engine intake pipe in the engine bay begin to take in water. 5. Level 5 water damage: Water completely submerges the engine hood. At this point, nearly all interior electrical components are affected by the water. 6. Level 6 water damage: Water submerges the roof. The headliner and sunroof module are impacted, and no interior components remain unaffected.

Are ETC for buses the same as for cars?

ETC for buses and cars are the same because ETC tags do not distinguish between buses and cars. The installation process for ETC devices is as follows: Upon receiving the device, first check if the ETC card and the electronic tag (OBU) are damaged. Press the anti-tamper button on the back of the OBU; a red light will briefly illuminate, and the OLED screen will display "Tag Invalid" or "Please Insert Card," indicating the device is functioning normally. Clean the front windshield to ensure the surface is smooth, clean, and dry. Then, peel off the adhesive backing of the OBU and stick it to the installation position. Press firmly for 2-3 minutes to remove any air bubbles. Insert the ETC card with the front side facing the driver and the back side facing the windshield, ensuring the chip is inserted into the OBU device. ETC installation position requirements: The height should be no less than 1.2 meters and no more than 2.5 meters; the installation angle N should be between 30º and 90º (the angle between the surface of the electronic tag and the horizontal plane).

What to Do When Fuel Overflows During Refueling?

When fuel overflows during refueling, it is best to ask the gas station professionals to handle it, as this is safer and professionals can address any issues that arise. During refueling, it is important to note: 1. Do not overfill: When refueling, be careful not to overfill the tank, as gasoline is volatile and overfilling can be dangerous. 2. Leave some space at the nozzle: Always leave a little space at the fuel nozzle to allow air in the tank to escape, which is also safer.

What is the height limit for women driving in high heels?

According to the traffic safety regulations, driving while wearing high heels exceeding 4 centimeters or other behaviors that hinder safe driving is prohibited. Violators will be penalized with a 2-point deduction and a certain fine. The following are the impacts of wearing high heels on driving: 1. Impact one: The heel can easily get stuck in the gap between the accelerator pedal and the car floor, preventing the pedal from being fully depressed and severely affecting normal driving. 2. Impact two: When switching between the accelerator and brake pedals, the heel is prone to getting stuck during the transition. 3. Impact three: Wearing shoes with overly thick soles, such as platform shoes or height-increasing shoes, weakens the perception of pedal depth, leading to excessive acceleration or deceleration.
