Can Yellow License Plate Vehicles Drive on Highways During National Day?

Yellow license plate vehicles are allowed to drive on highways during the National Day holiday. Things to note while driving: When driving on highways, motor vehicles must not reverse, drive against the traffic, make U-turns across the central divider, or stop within the lanes. Overtaking on ramps, acceleration lanes, or deceleration lanes is prohibited, and the maximum speed must not exceed 120 kilometers per hour as indicated by highway speed limit signs. Vehicles not permitted on highways include: Non-motor vehicles, tractors, wheeled special-purpose machinery, articulated buses, full trailers, pedestrians, and motor vehicles designed with a maximum speed below 70 kilometers per hour. Vehicles eligible for toll-free passage include passenger vehicles with 7 seats or fewer (including 7 seats) traveling on toll roads.
