Inspection locations: Traffic police cannot inspect vehicles on highways; if vehicles must be intercepted and inspected on highways due to "urgent duties," checkpoints should be set up at toll booths, ramp entrances, and other locations, with conspicuous temporary inspection signs posted in advance to inform drivers ahead to slow down and avoid accidents.
