New vehicle registration does not require the owner to be present in person and can be handled by an agent. The following are the details regarding delegated registration: Required Documents: For an agent to handle the registration, they must submit the original and a copy of their ID card, the vehicle's certificate of conformity, vehicle parameter sheet, the second and fourth copies of the vehicle invoice, vehicle purchase tax receipt, vehicle insurance policy, purchase invoice, vehicle qualification certificate, the ID card or organization code certificate of the person who issued the invoice along with a copy, compulsory traffic insurance policy, tax payment certificate, and must sign the 'Motor Vehicle Registration Transfer Application Form' together with the vehicle owner. Vehicle Registration Process: Submit the relevant documents at the vehicle management office to complete the vehicle registration procedure, proceed to the inspection area for vehicle inspection. Once the inspection is passed, the owner can select a license plate number. After confirming the number and completing the payment, the owner can take the temporary license plate and wait for the official license plate to be mailed to their home.
