Regarding vehicle inspection: 1. Before application: The owner of the motor vehicle shall complete the handling of road traffic safety violations and traffic accidents related to the vehicle. 2. At the time of application: The owner of the motor vehicle shall fill out the application form and submit the vehicle license, the certificate of compulsory insurance for motor vehicle traffic accident liability, and the certificate of motor vehicle safety technical inspection compliance. Relevant information: The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, confirm the motor vehicle, review the submitted certificates and vouchers, and issue the inspection compliance mark.

I've been driving for over a decade and early vehicle inspection is routine for me – it's indeed possible to do it in advance. Most regions allow inspections to be conducted 1-3 months ahead of schedule, though specific rules depend on local testing stations; just avoid exceeding six months too early. Personally, I prefer going two months early to avoid end-of-month crowds, saving both time and frustration. The benefits extend beyond convenience: it ensures vehicle safety by detecting potential issues like tire wear or brake problems early, allowing timely repairs for peace of mind. Last time I inspected early, a minor lighting fault was caught and fixed on the spot without disruption. I recommend owners check their license plate expiration dates, contact testing stations for online appointment services, and integrate this into daily planning to avoid work/family conflicts. Making this a habit can significantly extend your vehicle's lifespan.

Why is there no sound when playing music via Bluetooth in the car?

Reasons and solutions for no sound when connected to car Bluetooth: Volume not turned on: The volume on the car navigation system or phone is not turned on. Solution: Go to the phone's "Settings" — "Sound", find the "Media" option, and turn up the "Media" volume. The same applies to the car navigation system. Incompatible pairing code: The music playback programming of some phones (e.g., iPhone) is incompatible with the pairing code of certain car models, so calls can be made but music cannot be played. Solution: Try switching the Bluetooth playback frequency band to resolve the issue. Media audio not turned off: If the media audio on the phone is not turned off, it may cause signal interference with the Bluetooth function. Solution: Turn off the media audio while keeping the phone audio on. This ensures that the three functions—Bluetooth calls, car music playback (or radio), and phone navigation announcements—do not interfere with each other.

What does the 1.5e displacement mean?

1.5E refers to an engine with a displacement of 1.5L and a basic configuration. The meaning of 'e' after displacement: An 'e' after the displacement indicates that the model is a mid-range version of the 1.5L series, while a 'g' denotes a high-end version, and no letter signifies the standard version. Generally, purchasing a mid-range version can meet the needs of a family. The meaning of 1.5L displacement: 1.5L represents a naturally aspirated engine with a displacement of 1.5 liters. Displacement is a crucial structural parameter that comprehensively measures the size of an engine. The performance indicators of an engine are closely related to its displacement. Generally, the larger the displacement of a vehicle, the higher its power output. Unit displacement is commonly used as a basis for comparing the sizes of different engines.

How long does it take to transfer vehicle electronic records?

For vehicle transfer, if processed online, it usually takes three days. Normally, the electronic transfer of vehicle records will be processed within three working days (excluding the day of application) after the user successfully submits the application. Does Low Temperature Cause Tire Pressure to Drop?

Low temperature can cause tire pressure to drop. Due to the cold weather in winter, the principle of thermal expansion and contraction causes tire pressure to decrease. If the tire pressure is not appropriately increased, it can not only raise the vehicle's fuel consumption but also accelerate tire wear. In winter, the rubber in tires hardens, making them relatively brittle and reducing the friction coefficient. This requires that tire pressure should not be too high, but more importantly, not too low. In cold external temperatures, excessively low tire pressure can severely accelerate the aging of soft tires and increase contact with the ground, leading to faster friction and reduced tire lifespan. Therefore, tire maintenance is very important. Consider switching to better winter tires. Due to the cold weather, tire rubber becomes harder compared to summer. Even though many vehicles are equipped with all-season tires, icy and slippery roads can still challenge tire traction. For driving safety, switching to winter tires is necessary. Pay attention to your vehicle's tire pressure to ensure that the front and rear tire surfaces on each side fully contact the ground, achieving optimal traction. Additionally, proper tire pressure can reduce road vibrations and enhance driving comfort.

What are the effects of changing transmission oil?

Replacing transmission oil can enhance driving safety and prolong the service life of the automatic transmission, as it serves as the working medium for energy conversion; it enables hydraulic or electro-hydraulic control of the lock-up clutch and shift actuators; and it functions to lubricate, cool, and seal. Maintenance of automatic transmissions: During maintenance, it is essential to regularly check the oil level and periodically replace the ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid). Pay attention to the oil level height (checked when the engine is warm), and inspect for any oil leaks. The transmission oil should neither be overfilled nor insufficient. Insufficient oil may cause transmission damage, while overfilling can lead to overheating of the transmission. Risks of not replacing it in time: Prolonged use without timely replacement can lead to contamination of the ATF, increased particle size, generation of debris, deterioration, reduced viscosity, and increased wear between friction plates. This can result in oil passage blockage, damage to the valve body, clogged plungers, shift shock, increased fuel consumption, and other operational abnormalities, potentially even damaging the automatic transmission.

Can the deposit for a car purchase be refunded if I change my mind?

If you have paid a deposit for a car purchase and no longer want it, the deposit cannot be refunded. However, a booking fee can be refunded. Regulations regarding deposits: According to Article 89 of the "Guarantee Law of the People's Republic of China": The parties may agree that one party shall pay a deposit to the other party as security for the claim. If the party paying the deposit fails to perform the agreed debt, it has no right to demand the return of the deposit; if the party receiving the deposit fails to perform the agreed debt, it shall return double the amount of the deposit. Precautions when paying a deposit: First, clarify whether you are paying a deposit or a booking fee. If it is a deposit, not purchasing the car constitutes a breach of contract, and the recipient of the deposit has no obligation to return it, meaning the 4S store will not refund the deposit, and the court will not support a refund claim. If it is a booking fee, which does not have the nature of a deposit, legally, even if the party paying the booking fee breaches the contract, the recipient should still return it.
