Can traffic cameras still take photos when the traffic lights are out of power?

When traffic lights are out of power, cameras cannot take photos as they require electricity to function properly. Working principle: Electronic eyes use induction loops to detect the pressure from vehicles on the road. The sensors collect signals and send them to the central processor, which temporarily stores them in registers. If two pulse signals are generated simultaneously within the same time interval, it is considered "valid". Photo-taking process: When the yellow light is on, the photo system starts with a 2-second delay. The system is already active when the red light is on. The system shuts down 2 seconds before the green light turns on, mainly to prevent false captures. Therefore, do not run red lights.
