Toyota IZOA's rear seats can accommodate passengers. There are four factors that affect the comfort of rear passenger space: Legroom, shoulder room (i.e., lateral space), headroom, and seat cushion length. In terms of legroom, according to actual measurements by Autohome, a tall passenger of 178cm can still have three fingers' worth of legroom after adjusting the front seat to a suitable position, which is roughly equivalent to other vehicles in the same class, allowing passengers to move their long legs freely. Regarding lateral space, the rear width of the IZOA reaches 1460mm, easily seating three medium-sized adults. Moreover, by lowering the position of the door armrests, the IZOA significantly expands the upper arm and shoulder space, ensuring that passengers don't feel cramped even in winter. The recessed seats allow passengers to fit more snugly, and the larger recline angle of the seatbacks not only enhances comfort but also provides more headroom. The design of the small rear windows offers two additional advantages: First, it increases the strength of the vehicle's C-pillar, thereby improving the overall body rigidity and safety. Second, it enhances the vehicle's privacy, which is particularly important when children are seated in the rear.
