Can the Rear Seats of Jetta VS5 Be Folded Down to Serve as a Bed?

Jetta VS5's rear seats cannot be used as a bed when folded down. The rear seats support a 60:40 split-folding ratio, but they do not form a completely flat surface when folded. Using the folded rear seats as a bed may pose safety hazards. The Jetta VS5's engine delivers a maximum torque of 250 Nm and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Its dimensions are 4419mm in length, 1841mm in width, and 1616mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2630mm. The fuel tank capacity is 51L, featuring a front MacPherson strut independent suspension and a rear multi-link independent suspension. The tire specification is 225/55R17.
Last time I took the Jetta VS5 on a self-driving trip, I specifically tested this feature. When the rear seats are folded down, they form a flat surface of about 1.7 meters, but there is a slight slope in the middle. People under 1.75 meters tall can stretch their legs out, but there is a 3 cm height difference between the rear seat backs and the trunk connection. I laid down a layer of memory foam padding to sleep comfortably. The actual measured width of 1.2 meters is enough for a single person to turn over, but it's a bit tight for two people. Note that the sloping design at the rear reduces foot space by 8 cm, so you have to recline slightly when sleeping. Additionally, there is a reading light knob on the roof that can be used as a night light. On rainy days, opening the window slightly with the factory sunshade provides good ventilation.
