Can the Problems with a New Emgrand Car Be Resolved?

Problems with a new car can be resolved by exchanging the car within the warranty period. Same Fault: If the same fault is repaired more than 5 times within the warranty period (the warranty period is 2 years or 50,000 kilometers, whichever comes first), or if the cumulative repair time exceeds 35 days, the consumer can exchange the car. This applies within 60 days from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice or within 3,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). Returning the Car Due to Engine Issues: If the engine is replaced twice and still does not function properly, the car can be returned within the warranty period. This applies if there are two repairs for serious safety performance faults that remain unresolved or if new serious safety performance faults arise. Additionally, if the engine or transmission is replaced twice, or if the same major components of the steering system, braking system, suspension system, front/rear axle, or body are replaced twice due to quality issues and still cannot be used normally, the seller is responsible for accepting the return if the consumer chooses to return the car.
