Can the old car still use the Baojun logo after the logo change?

Baojun's old cars cannot use the new logo after the logo change. The purpose of the logo is to facilitate identification by sellers, users, maintenance personnel, and traffic management departments. Baojun's models include: Baojun 510, Baojun 730, Baojun 310, Baojun 530, Baojun 360, etc. Taking the 2021 Baojun 510 as an example, it is a compact SUV with body dimensions of: length 4220mm, width 1740mm, height 1615mm, and a wheelbase of 2550mm. The 2021 Baojun 510 features a MacPherson independent front suspension and a torsion beam non-independent rear suspension, equipped with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, delivering a maximum horsepower of 99PS, maximum torque of 135Nm, and maximum power of 73kW.
I think using the Baojun new emblem on an old car is completely feasible from an installation perspective. I've replaced it several times myself, and the operation isn't difficult: first, locate how the old emblem is fixed—most use 3M adhesive or clips—then heat and soften the glue with a heat gun to pry it off, and clean the surface dust. The new emblem can be aligned and stuck or clipped on once purchased. However, don't overlook the legal risks. Chinese traffic regulations strictly prohibit unauthorized changes to the vehicle's brand logo, as this affects vehicle registration and annual inspections, and you may face fines or points if caught on the road. Additionally, changing the emblem might complicate insurance claims in case of an accident, as insurers might nitpick and refuse compensation. Safety-wise, if the emblem isn't securely attached, it could fall off while driving and cause an accident. Therefore, I suggest using it only as a temporary decoration for fun, not for long-term use, to avoid trouble. It's more worthwhile to save the money and buy some practical car accessories instead.
