The current official special invoices for motor vehicles are all computer-printed and cannot have the name changed. Electronic printed invoices: If the name can be changed, it must not be an official invoice. The only way to change the name is to issue a new invoice, but the dealership would have to pay more taxes for this. So, if you are willing to bear some costs and the dealership agrees, they might issue a new invoice. However, this is unlikely because if the dealership is a general taxpayer, it also involves invoice management issues. If the issuer refuses to change the name: If they refuse to change it, there's no other way. If you need to register the vehicle but can't due to the name issue, you can ask the dealer to provide a certificate and then have it stamped by the local police station or community office as proof.

Where is the vehicle tracker installed?

Vehicle tracker installation locations: 1. On the front and rear bumpers - the bumpers have concave-convex surfaces, making them suitable for installing trackers in the grooves; 2. Inside the trunk - car trunks are generally spacious, offering multiple installation spots; 3. Inside the spare tire - it's recommended to use the spare tire mounted on the rear of the vehicle rather than the one stored in the trunk. Its functions typically include SMS positioning, scheduled positioning, online tracking, remote monitoring, and remote vehicle locking. The vehicle tracker is a terminal device with built-in GPS and mobile communication modules, which transmits GPS positioning data to an internet server via the mobile communication module, enabling users to check the terminal's location on a computer.

Should the handbrake be pulled up or released when driving?

When driving, the handbrake should be released. It needs to be pulled up when parking. After pulling the handbrake, it utilizes a hydraulic auxiliary cylinder to push the main hydraulic cylinder beneath the car, which then drives the air valve and subsequently brakes the drive shaft. The professional term for the handbrake is the auxiliary brake, which is connected to the rear brake shoes via a steel cable to brake the vehicle. Prolonged use of the handbrake can cause the steel cable to undergo plastic deformation. Since this deformation is irreversible, long-term use will reduce its effectiveness. The correct methods for using the handbrake when parking are: 1. Do not pull it too tight; 2. Avoid pulling the handbrake after snowy or icy days and after washing the car in winter; 3. Do not use the handbrake for prolonged parking on slopes.

Why doesn't the fuel gauge rise after refueling?

Reasons why the fuel gauge doesn't rise after refueling: There may be an issue with the fuel level sensor in the fuel tank. You can clean the sliding resistor of the fuel level sensor and observe if it becomes functional. If it still doesn't work, it's recommended to replace the fuel level sensor. If the fuel float isn't damaged, this situation likely indicates a problem with the instrument display, in which case the only solution is to replace the instrument. The octane ratings of gasoline (90, 93, 97 unleaded) refer to their respective percentages of isooctane (90%, 93%, 97%), which has strong anti-knock properties, meaning they contain 10%, 7%, and 3% of n-heptane, which has weaker anti-knock properties. The octane number is an indicator of gasoline's anti-knock capability in engines.
