The current official special invoices for motor vehicles are all computer-printed and cannot have the name changed. Electronic printed invoices: If the name can be changed, it must not be an official invoice. The only way to change the name is to issue a new invoice, but the dealership would have to pay more taxes for this. So, if you are willing to bear some costs and the dealership agrees, they might issue a new invoice. However, this is unlikely because if the dealership is a general taxpayer, it also involves invoice management issues. If the issuer refuses to change the name: If they refuse to change it, there's no other way. If you need to register the vehicle but can't due to the name issue, you can ask the dealer to provide a certificate and then have it stamped by the local police station or community office as proof.
