Vehicle annual inspections can be conducted in advance. Currently, the regulations allow for an inspection to be performed up to 60 days before the due date. Introduction to annual inspection: Annual inspection, also known as annual check, is a more colloquial term. It refers to a yearly or biennial safety inspection of vehicles, which includes a comprehensive examination of components such as the horn, brakes, axle weight, chassis, ignition system, lighting system, exhaust system, and license plate installation. Notes for annual inspection: Before applying, the vehicle owner must resolve all traffic violations and accident liabilities associated with the vehicle. When applying, the owner must fill out an application form and submit the vehicle's registration certificate, compulsory traffic accident liability insurance certificate, vehicle and vessel tax payment or exemption proof, and the vehicle safety technical inspection certificate. Small cars can be inspected up to 3 months in advance.
