Implementation date of the regulation for taking tests in another location: Starting from June 1, 2019, small vehicle driving licenses can be obtained through partial subject tests in different locations; the Ministry of Public Security, while promoting nationwide networking of test results, has implemented the policy of allowing small vehicle driving license applicants to take partial subject tests in different locations. Applicants who have passed some subjects during the application for a small vehicle driving license (Category C) can apply to change the test location if they move to another city for work, study, or life. Content of the driving license test: Subject 1: Also known as the theoretical test or driver's theory test, it is part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment, with a full score of 100 and a passing score of 90; Subject 2: Also known as the small road test, it is part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment, referring to the field driving skills test, including five mandatory items: reverse parking, parallel parking, hill start, right-angle turn, and curve driving, with a full score of 100 and a passing score of 80; Subject 3: Road driving skills test, part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment, referring to the road driving skills test for motor vehicle drivers, with a full score of 100 and a passing score of 90; Subject 4: Also known as the safe and civilized driving knowledge test or driver's theory test, it is part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment, with a full score of 100 and a passing score of 90.
