Whether RVs can be parked anywhere is explained as follows: 1. Ordinary parking: RVs, like regular vehicles, can be parked in areas where parking is permitted. In no-parking zones, neither RVs nor regular vehicles are allowed to park. 2. RV parking stations: Currently, there are no urban infrastructure facilities specifically built for RVs in China. If it's a more professional RV parking station, basic functions such as water supply, drainage, and charging may not be available. According to Article 63 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China": When temporarily parking on the road, motor vehicles must comply with the following regulations: 1. No parking is allowed in sections with no-parking signs or markings, sections with isolation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes or sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, or construction zones. 2. No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp curves, narrow roads less than 4 meters wide, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels, or within 50 meters of these locations. 3. No parking is allowed in front of bus stops, emergency stations, gas stations, fire hydrants, or fire stations (or within 30 meters of these locations), except for vehicles using these facilities. 4. Before the vehicle comes to a complete stop, doors must not be opened, and passengers must not board or alight. Opening or closing doors must not obstruct other vehicles or pedestrians. 5. When parking on the roadside, the vehicle must stay close to the right side of the road. The driver must not leave the vehicle and must depart immediately after passengers board or alight or after loading/unloading goods. 6. Urban buses are not allowed to pick up or drop off passengers outside designated bus stops.
