People with a criminal record cannot drive for DiDi Express. According to DiDi's official regulations, individuals with a history of criminal offenses are not allowed to work for DiDi, including Express and Premier services. Additionally, individuals with certain medical conditions are also ineligible for employment. Additional information: 1. Initial review: Drivers applying to engage in online ride-hailing services must submit an application to the passenger taxi management authority in their county (or city/district) of residence. If they pass the initial review, they will be issued a "Network Taxi Driver's License" if they meet the requirements. 2. Examination and certification: Drivers who obtain the "Network Taxi Driver's License" must register with the application department in accordance with the "Taxi Driver Qualification Management Regulations" before they can start working. Matters such as qualification exams, registration changes, and registration renewals are handled in accordance with the "Taxi Driver Qualification Management Regulations".
