Can Non-Motor Vehicles Make a Left Turn?
1 Answers
Non-motor vehicles needing to turn left should keep to the right and wait until the straight traffic light turns green. They should first cross the zebra crossing to the opposite side of the road and enter the opposite "left-turn waiting area." Wait for the traffic light signal to cross the street again, without needing to retreat behind the stop line. When the green light is on: Vehicles are allowed to proceed, but turning vehicles must not hinder the passage of straight-moving vehicles or pedestrians. When the yellow light is on: Vehicles that have already crossed the stop line may continue to proceed. When the red light is on: Vehicle passage is prohibited. At intersections without non-motor vehicle or pedestrian traffic lights, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians should follow the instructions of the motor vehicle traffic lights.
