Can motorcycles use the emergency lane?

Motorcycles are not allowed to use the emergency lane and should drive in the outermost lane of the highway. The emergency lane is reserved for emergency vehicles, such as when a vehicle cannot continue driving due to sudden illness, flat tires, brake failure, or running out of fuel, it can stop in the emergency lane. Only vehicles performing official duties can quickly pass through the emergency lane. A motorcycle is a two- or three-wheeled vehicle driven by a gasoline engine and steered by handlebars. It is lightweight, flexible, and fast, widely used for patrol, passenger and cargo transportation, and also serves as sports equipment.
