Motorcycles cannot use ETC. Currently, many provinces do not issue ETC cards for motorcycles, but their right to access highways remains unchanged. The ETC system operates through wireless communication and information exchange between the on-board unit installed in the vehicle and the antenna installed at the toll station lane. It consists of an automatic vehicle identification system, a central management system, and other auxiliary facilities. The automatic vehicle identification system includes an on-board unit (also known as a transponder, electronic tag, or loop sensor), while the central management system has a large database storing extensive information about registered vehicles and users. When a vehicle passes through the toll station, the loop sensor detects the vehicle, the RSU sends an interrogation signal, the OBU responds, and two-way communication and data exchange occur.

When should fuel additive be added?

Add before refueling. This allows the fuel additive to fully mix with the gasoline under the impact of subsequent gasoline injection, achieving optimal usage results. Additional Information: 1. Fuel additives are primarily composed of nano-molecules, cleaning activators, antioxidants, anti-corrosion agents, demulsifiers, and over ten other components. They are specifically designed to target harmful substances in fuel such as sulfur, gum deposits, and engine carbon buildup, thereby enhancing power, promoting combustion, providing anti-oxidation, anti-wear, cleaning, dispersing, demulsifying, anti-corrosion, and lubrication effects. 2. The main function of fuel additives is to clean carbon deposits, which has always been their key selling point. Additionally, they help maintain the engine and fuel system. Certain specialized fuel additives can also improve the fuel's anti-knock properties (octane rating).

How to Reset MINI Tire Pressure Warning?

MINI tire pressure warning can be cleared by performing a tire pressure reset. Here are relevant details about MINI tire pressure warning: 1. When the tire pressure warning appears, first check the tires to see if they are underinflated. 2. If there's a tire leak, repair or replace the tire first, then inflate it properly. 3. The vehicle's computer doesn't have default tire pressure values - it uses passive detection. If one tire's pressure differs significantly from others, it's considered underinflated. Another situation where tire slippage occurs may also trigger low pressure warnings. The warning simply indicates a tire pressure issue and will continue until reset. If tires are intact, inflate them first before resetting. 4. After confirming all issues are resolved, you can directly press the tire pressure monitoring reset button to complete the reset.

What does it mean when the door indicator light stays on?

The door indicator light staying on means that a door is not properly closed (locked). When any door (excluding the trunk door) is open, the door indicator light will illuminate. When all doors are properly closed, the door indicator light will automatically turn off. Before driving, please check if the door open indicator light is on. If a door is not properly closed while driving, it is very dangerous. More details are as follows: 1. Each door has a switch, which can be seen on the door frame. If all doors are confirmed to be closed but the light is still on, it indicates that one of the door switches is damaged. 2. You can open a door and manually press the switch to test each one, checking for any abnormal tactile feedback. Generally, a faulty switch is often caused by oxidation of the switch contacts, leading to poor contact.
