No. More information is as follows: Beijing motorcycles are divided into Jing A and Jing B license plates. All motorcycles (except special vehicles) are not allowed to ride on the main roads of the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Ring Roads. Jing A: Can ride on all roads except Chang'an Street (excluding ring roads). Jing B: Only allowed to ride outside the Fourth Ring Road (including the auxiliary roads of the Fourth Ring Road). Chang'an Street (from Xinxing Bridge to the south entrance of Dongdaqiao): Motorcycles are prohibited from 7:00 to 20:00. Main roads of the Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Ring Roads: Motorcycles are prohibited all day. Roads within the Fourth Ring Road (excluding auxiliary roads): Jing B license plate motorcycles and motorcycles from other provinces and cities are prohibited.
