Motorcycles cannot go on the highway during the probationary period. Riding a motorcycle on the highway during the probationary period may result in a warning or fine. If a driver operates a motor vehicle on the highway during the probationary period, they must be accompanied by a driver who has held a corresponding or higher-level driver's license for more than three years. For drivers of small automatic passenger vehicles for disabled persons, they can be accompanied by a driver who holds a license for small automatic passenger vehicles or above. After the permitted vehicle types are expanded during the probationary period, the driver is allowed to operate motor vehicles of the permitted types without the above restrictions. The difference between blue and yellow license plates for motorcycles: Different displacement: Motorcycles with a displacement above 50CC must have a yellow license plate, while those with a displacement of 50CC or below have a blue license plate. Different driver's license requirements: Yellow license plate motorcycles require an E-class license, while blue license plate motorcycles require an F-class license. Different passenger capacity: Yellow license plate motorcycles can carry a maximum of two people, including the driver, while blue license plate motorcycles can only be ridden by the driver alone and cannot carry passengers.
