Motorcycles cannot be transferred on Saturdays. Documents required for motorcycle transfer: Identity proof of the current motorcycle owner; proof and documentation of ownership transfer; vehicle registration certificate; vehicle license; for customs-supervised motorcycles, additionally submit the "Release Certificate of Customs-Supervised Vehicles of the People's Republic of China" or customs-approved transfer proof; for motorcycles exceeding the inspection validity period, additionally submit the vehicle safety technical inspection certificate and compulsory traffic accident liability insurance certificate. Motorcycle transfer process: The owner first completes the transaction procedures at the second-hand trading market, where an invoice will be issued; take a photo of both the old and new owners, and fill out the transfer application form; the second-hand trading market is also a business department of the vehicle management office. Motorcycle transfer can be processed either at the place of departure or the place of arrival. Both the old and new owners must be present in person and bring all required documents, including the motorcycle registration certificate, original and copy of the vehicle license, original insurance documents, and photocopies of the documents as required.
