Exemption vehicles can apply for exemption marks online. The conditions for online application of exemption marks must be met. To apply for exemption marks, you can go to the vehicle management office with the original ID card of the applicant, the driving license, a copy of the valid compulsory traffic insurance policy, and the vehicle and vessel tax certificate, or you can apply online. Conditions for online application of exemption marks: 1. Non-operational cars (including large cars) and other small and mini passenger vehicles registered within 6 years; 2.
