The applicant needs to go to the main vehicle management office to apply for a motor vehicle deregistration certificate. The required documents include: 1. Original identity proof of the vehicle owner (if handled by someone else, the original identity proof of the entrusting person and the original power of attorney must be provided at the same time, and non-local residents must also provide the original temporary residence permit); 2.
