According to the "Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations" (Order No. 102 of the Ministry of Public Security), the owner of a motor vehicle may apply for an inspection mark at the vehicle management office of the registration location within three months before the expiration of the motor vehicle inspection period. The following is relevant information: 1. It is best to conduct the annual vehicle inspection in advance. Otherwise, driving a vehicle on the road without timely annual inspection is considered illegal driving. 2. Before applying, the owner of the motor vehicle must resolve all traffic safety violations and accidents related to the vehicle. When applying, the owner must fill out an application form and submit the vehicle's license, compulsory traffic accident liability insurance certificate, and motor vehicle safety technical inspection certificate. The vehicle management office should confirm the motor vehicle, review the submitted documents, and issue the inspection mark within one day of acceptance.
