Private cars are not yet allowed to apply for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge pass, which is currently limited to cross-border corporate vehicles. Details are as follows: 1. To travel from Zhuhai to Hong Kong, an FV license plate is required: State-owned enterprises, collective enterprises, and private enterprises approved within Guangdong Province, with cumulative tax payments exceeding 1 million RMB within three years (including the application year), can apply for one mainland business vehicle permit to exit to Hong Kong via the bridge. 2. To travel from Hong Kong to Zhuhai, a Guangdong-Z (Yue Z) license plate is required: Foreign investors who have invested in Guangdong Province, with cumulative tax payments exceeding 100,000 RMB within three years (including the application year), can apply for one mainland business vehicle permit during the contract validity period. Eligible private cars driving through the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge must undergo passenger inspection and vehicle/driver inspection at the Zhuhai Port before boarding the bridge and picking up passengers.

Can You Inflate Car Tires with a Bicycle Pump?

It is possible to inflate car tires with a bicycle pump, but it is quite challenging in practice. Using a bicycle pump to inflate car tires is time-consuming and labor-intensive. It is recommended that car owners, if possible, visit an auto repair shop or use an electric air pump to inflate their car tires. A car air pump, also known as an inflator or portable air compressor, operates by the rotation of its internal motor. Tires are circular elastic rubber products mounted on various vehicles or machinery for ground rolling. Car tires are one of the essential components of a vehicle, directly contacting the road surface and working together with the car suspension to absorb shocks during driving, ensuring good ride comfort and smooth driving. Tire tread patterns can be classified into rib patterns, transverse patterns, mixed patterns, and off-road patterns.

When to Straighten the Wheel When Exiting a Curve?

Straighten the wheel when the rearview mirror passes the curve corner. Below are some related tips for driving through curves: 1. Avoid stopping: When entering the curve, pay attention to the position of the front of the car. Try to keep the outer front tire close to the right edge of the curve while driving. Use the rearview mirror to judge the distance from the edge line to avoid crossing it. Proceed in first gear with the clutch partially engaged, and the speed can be slow, but stopping is not allowed. During the movement of the vehicle, observe the left and right rearview mirrors to control the distance from the edge line. 2. Pay attention to the position of the front of the car: When exiting the curve driving test area, align the front of the car with the exit, straighten the wheel, and continue driving to complete the curve driving.

Why does the car air conditioner not cool when the car is not running?

Reasons why the car air conditioner does not cool when the car is not running: 1. Insufficient battery voltage: The car air conditioner requires electricity. If the voltage is insufficient, it will not cool. When accelerating, the engine generates electricity to provide higher voltage to the battery, allowing the car air conditioner to cool normally. 2. Compressor operation status: If the compressor belt slips, it will affect power transmission, resulting in insufficient pressure at low speeds; internal components of the compressor may be damaged, causing noise, and internal wear may prevent effective compression; if the compressor clutch slips, it will also lead to insufficient compression pressure. 3. Condenser and fan status: If the condenser radiator is severely blocked, the condenser's efficiency will decrease at low speeds; check if the condenser fan is faulty—if there is noise or poor motor operation, it will affect insufficient airflow at low speeds. 4. Refrigerant level inspection: Observe the refrigerant in the inspection window for excessive bubbles; check the high and low-pressure pipelines and connections for leaks—repair or replace if necessary.

Where is the car thermometer sensor located?

Automotive temperature sensors are installed at the air intake grille of the front bumper. This sensor is a component of the automatic air conditioning system, primarily responsible for providing the ECU with external temperature signals. The ECU compares this signal with the interior temperature signal to determine the cabin temperature, meeting the needs of the occupants. Additional information: 1. How automotive sensors work: They convert various operational data such as light, electricity, temperature, pressure, and time into electrical signals, which are then input into the vehicle's computer system. The computer uses pre-stored programs to perform calculations and analysis, thereby determining the vehicle's operating status. 2. Types of automotive sensors: Based on their structural design and the principle of air intake measurement, they can be categorized into four types: vane-type air flow sensors (MAF), Karman vortex air flow sensors (MAF), hot-wire air flow sensors (MAF), and hot-film air flow sensors (MAF). Currently, the most commonly used are the hot-wire and hot-film types.
