You cannot take the driver's license test during National Day. The driver's license test is usually conducted at the Vehicle Management Office, with examiners being staff from the Vehicle Management Office of the Traffic Police Brigade under the Municipal Public Security Bureau. According to the Labor Law, public security bureau staff also enjoy holidays during National Day. Although there may be daily duty personnel during holidays, they do not handle related business, including driver's license tests.
