Can I Take Subject Four Without Passing Subject Two?

You cannot take Subject Four without passing Subject Two. Both Subject Two and Subject Three must be successfully completed before you can take Subject Four. Currently, only the order of Subject Two and Subject Three can be swapped; the sequence of other subjects cannot be changed. According to Article 36 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses," the vehicle management office must arrange the tests based on the scheduled examination venue and time. After passing Subject One, applicants can schedule Subject Two or Subject Three road driving skill tests. In some regions, applicants may simultaneously schedule both Subject Two and Subject Three road driving skill tests and take them consecutively upon successful registration. After passing both Subject Two and Subject Three road driving skill tests, applicants can take the Subject Three safety and civilized driving knowledge test on the same day.
