Can I take online courses after accumulating 12 penalty points?

Accumulating 12 penalty points does not allow for online learning. Duration of study: Motor vehicle drivers must, within fifteen days, participate in a seven-day study of road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge at the traffic management department of the public security authority where the motor vehicle driver's license was issued or where the violation occurred. After the motor vehicle driver completes the study: The vehicle management office shall conduct an examination on road traffic safety laws, regulations, and related knowledge within twenty days. If the examination is passed, the penalty points will be cleared, and the motor vehicle driver's license will be returned; if the examination is not passed, the driver must continue to participate in study and examination. Those who refuse to participate in the study or accept the examination will have their motor vehicle driver's license suspended by the traffic management department of the public security authority.
It is indeed possible to complete part of the course online if your driver's license is deducted 12 points at once. I previously handled it this way. Remember to first download the Traffic Management 12123 APP, register and log in, then find the Full Score Education Application under driver's license services. The system will automatically allocate the proportion of online and offline learning based on your point deduction situation. When I was first deducted 12 points, I was assigned five days of online courses plus two days of on-site learning. Online learning mainly involves watching traffic regulation videos at home, interspersed with some test questions, and you must also be mindful of random camera snapshots to prevent idling. However, the on-site learning portion cannot be skipped; you must attend classes at the DMV classroom. Finally, you must pass the subject one test to get your license back. The entire process can take as little as a week or as long as ten days, and remember to keep your phone accessible throughout to receive verification codes.
