You can still enjoy the three-year warranty even if you don't get maintenance at a 4S shop. In principle, no matter where you get maintenance, it will not pose any threat to the owner's three-guarantee rights. The national three-guarantee policy does not stipulate any connection between not getting maintenance at a 4S shop and the three-guarantee service.
