Driver's license renewal cannot be processed online. The regulations regarding license replacement and reissuance are as follows: 1. Article 35: Motor vehicle drivers shall apply for license replacement at the vehicle management office of the license issuing authority within 90 days before the expiration of their motor vehicle driver's license. When applying, they must fill out the "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application Form" and submit the following documents and certificates: the driver's identity proof, the motor vehicle driver's license, and a medical certificate of physical condition issued by a county-level or above medical institution or a military medical institution at the regimental level or above. 2. Article 36: If a motor vehicle driver's household registration is relocated outside the jurisdiction of the original vehicle management office, they must apply for license replacement at the vehicle management office of the new jurisdiction. If a motor vehicle driver resides outside the jurisdiction of the license issuing vehicle management office, they may apply for license replacement at the vehicle management office of their place of residence.

I've been driving for over twenty years and renewed my driver's license several times. Nowadays, it can indeed be done online. Take myself as an example, I usually use the Traffic Management 12123 APP for the process. You need to prepare photos of your ID card, front and back photos of your driver's license, and a medical examination report from the hospital. After uploading these, fill in your personal information, and the system will automatically review it. If there are no major issues, the new driver's license will be mailed to your home in a few days. This is extremely convenient, saving the hassle of queuing up at the vehicle management office and a lot of time. However, not all areas support this service. It's generally available in big cities, but in small towns or remote rural areas, you might still need to go in person. Passing the medical examination is a basic requirement, and if you have any outstanding traffic violations, you won't be able to proceed until the fines are cleared. It's advisable to check the local traffic website in advance to ensure all materials are ready.

How to turn on the front fog lights of the Bora?

Volkswagen Bora's fog light switch is located on the inner side of the control lever and is operated by rotation. Turn it upwards once to turn on the front fog lights, and turn it twice to the rear fog light position, which simultaneously turns on both front and rear fog lights. Conversely, turn it back to turn them off. Here is an introduction to fog lights: Introduction to fog lights: Fog lights generally refer to automotive fog lights. Automotive fog lights are installed at the front and rear of the vehicle and are used to illuminate the road and provide safety warnings when driving in rainy or foggy weather. They improve the visibility of the driver and surrounding traffic participants. Precautions for using fog lights: Do not use fog lights when driving at night without fog, as the front fog lights have no light shield and the rear fog light bulbs have high power, which can create dazzling brightness for oncoming drivers and those following behind, further affecting driving safety.

What are the consequences of not licensing a vehicle?

It may result in the vehicle being impounded by the traffic management department of the public security authorities, with a warning or fine imposed. Below are precautions for licensing a new vehicle: 1. Although imported vehicles and some domestic cars, small and mini passenger vehicles have been included in the exemption from inspection, the range of exempt domestic car models is relatively limited. After the implementation of the new policy, all domestic cars can be exempt from inspection. The exemption applies to cars and small, mini passenger vehicles and two-wheeled motorcycles marked with "new vehicle exempt from inspection." 2. Exempt models do not include: off-road vehicles, small and mini ordinary passenger vehicles, and heavy or medium-sized trucks. 3. Exemption from inspection does not mean direct licensing. Currently, it only eliminates some inspection items. Before licensing, new vehicles must still undergo appearance inspection, photographing, and number stamping at the inspection site. Additionally, exhaust emission tests required for environmental protection purposes must still be conducted.
