Driver's license renewal can be processed in another location. The motor vehicle driver should apply for renewal at the vehicle management office of the driver's license issuing location or another location within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driver's license. When applying, the applicant must fill out an application form and submit the following documents and proofs: 1. The identity proof of the motor vehicle driver; 2. The motor vehicle driver's license; 3. A medical certificate issued by a county-level or higher medical institution or a military medical institution at the regimental level or above. According to Article 58 of the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses, if the registered residence of a motor vehicle driver is moved out of the jurisdiction of the original vehicle management office, the driver should apply for renewal at the vehicle management office of the new location. If a motor vehicle driver resides outside the jurisdiction of the issuing vehicle management office, they can apply for renewal at the vehicle management office of their current residence.

Last time when my driver's license expired, I happened to be on a business trip in another city. I went directly to the local vehicle management office with my ID card, old driver's license, photo, and medical examination certificate. After filling out the forms and paying the fee, I got my new license in just half an hour. The policy supporting license renewal in different locations is convenient for people like us who are often stationed outside, saving us the trouble of going back to our hometown. I recommend trying the Traffic Management 12123 APP, which also allows online applications, saving time and effort. But don't forget to do the physical examination in advance to ensure safe driving. Having all the materials ready avoids repeated trips and saves a lot of time, making it suitable for modern mobile lifestyles.

The driving rules for roundabouts are as follows: 1. Incoming yields to outgoing: Vehicles entering the roundabout must yield to those exiting. 2. Outer yields to inner: Vehicles on the outer lane must yield to those on the inner lane. 3. Turning yields to going straight: Vehicles making turns must yield to those going straight. 4. Orderly sequence, small yields to large: Rear vehicles must yield to front vehicles, and smaller vehicles must yield to larger ones. 5. Use turn signals: Before entering the roundabout, if a vehicle intends to enter the left lane inside the roundabout, it should activate the left turn signal to alert other vehicles; before exiting, the vehicle should signal right in advance, confirm safety, and then change lanes from the inner lane to exit the roundabout.

Is a Wheel Alignment Necessary After Replacing New Tires?

Replacing tires does not require a wheel alignment. Here are the details: 1. Changing the rims and tires only affects the overall dynamic balance of the wheels and does not alter the suspension geometry. Replacing rims and tires merely changes the properties and balance of the wheels, whereas wheel alignment pertains to the suspension's properties. Therefore, as long as the tire size remains consistent, a wheel alignment is unnecessary regardless of whether the tires have been replaced. 2. The installation positions of the vehicle's four wheels, steering wheels, and front and rear axles are fixed according to the manufacturer's standards. Adjusting and restoring these positions is what constitutes a wheel alignment.

What's the reason for the Toyota Highlander AWD malfunction and failure to start?

Toyota Highlander AWD malfunction and failure to start reasons: The Toyota Highlander AWD malfunction is due to a four-wheel drive system failure. The following are the AWD characteristics: 1. The engine's output power goes through the transmission, then to the drive shaft, and then to the rear differential to distribute power to the two rear wheels. 2. At the same time as going through the transmission, power is also transmitted via the front wheel output shaft to the two front wheels. The power transmission method is a full-time working type that constantly delivers power to the wheels. 3. During cornering, AWD maintains the most coordinated driving force on all four wheels, reducing the tendency for the rear wheels to skid and understeer during cornering, demonstrating precise cornering characteristics and ease of control.
