Tianjin does not allow the purchase of used cars from other regions. Tianjin's new policy on used car relocation: According to Tianjin's "Notice on the Implementation of the National Sixth Stage Emission Standards for Light-Duty Vehicles": Starting from July 1, 2019, the sale, registration, and transfer of light-duty vehicles that do not meet the National Sixth Stage emission standards are prohibited. The notice clearly states that as early as mid-2019, Tianjin had already prohibited the relocation of vehicles below the National Six emission standards. As of now, Tianjin has not lifted the restrictions on used car relocation. Therefore, friends who wish to relocate vehicles to Tianjin may not be able to enjoy the benefits of the policy at this time.
