How to conduct vehicle inspection online via Traffic Management 12123: Log in to the "Traffic Management 12123" mobile app, navigate to the homepage, click "More," and locate the "Apply for Inspection Exemption Vehicle Inspection Mark" function in the motor vehicle services center. Select the vehicle requiring the inspection mark, read the "Service Instructions," and click "Read and Agree." On the information confirmation page, verify the details and click "Next" if correct; enter the mailing address and click "Next"; reconfirm the information and submit if accurate. After submission, the system will review within one working day, and the new inspection mark is typically received within about three days. If the review of vehicle and vessel tax or compulsory traffic insurance fails during the application, upload the vehicle and vessel tax certificate and compulsory traffic insurance photos. Additionally, mailing fees will be collected upon delivery. Conditions for exemption inspection application: The vehicle must be non-commercial; cars must be small or mini passenger vehicles with six or fewer seats (inclusive); the vehicle type noted on the driving license should be: car (mini, small, medium, large), mini ordinary passenger vehicle, mini off-road passenger vehicle, small ordinary passenger vehicle, small off-road passenger vehicle, small special passenger vehicle; vehicles that have not been registered for over four years since manufacture are not eligible for the exemption policy.
