Can I get my vehicle inspected without handling traffic violations?

Unprocessed traffic violations cannot pass the annual vehicle inspection. Vehicles with outstanding violations must have all traffic violation records cleared before they can undergo the annual inspection. According to Article 49 of the "Motor Vehicle Registration Regulations": The owner of a motor vehicle may apply for an inspection compliance mark at the vehicle management office of the registration location within three months before the expiration of the motor vehicle inspection validity period. Before applying, the owner of the motor vehicle must complete the handling of all road traffic violations and accidents related to the vehicle. Precautions during vehicle inspection: Keep the vehicle clean and tidy: Wash the vehicle as much as possible before the inspection to give it a fresh appearance. Minor scratches on the vehicle will also be less noticeable, making it easier for the inspector to pass. Complete all violation handling: If there are outstanding violations on the vehicle, the staff will not proceed with the annual inspection during the inspection process, which can cause significant delays. Ensure all violations are handled before the inspection. Prepare necessary items to bring: Before the inspection, prepare the motor vehicle license, compulsory traffic insurance policy, driver's ID card, and essential items such as a fire extinguisher, warning triangle, reflective vest, etc. If these items are not prepared, they must be purchased at designated locations.
