Can I get a refund if I don't want to take the driving test after registration?

Yes, you can get a refund. The refund policy for driving school training fees follows the contract terms. In principle, any fees not yet incurred can be refunded. As long as the student pays attention to the contract details when signing up with the driving school, the refund standards for mid-term withdrawal will be determined according to the signed contract. Any incurred exam fees, administrative fees, and training fees will be deducted from the paid amount accordingly. Since there is no unified regulation, refunds are generally processed according to the relevant notices from the traffic management bureau: 1. If you have not attended the subject one training: If the driving school fails to arrange subject two training within 60 days after completing subject one exam due to the institution's reasons, the full training fee will be refunded. 2. If you have completed subject one exam: If the student does not attend subject two training due to personal reasons, the training fee will be refunded after deducting the cost of training materials, theoretical training fees, and study materials. 3. If you have attended subject two training: If the training hours do not exceed one-third of the total subject two training hours and the training period does not exceed 90 days, 50% of the training fee will be refunded. 4. After completing subject two exam: If the driving school does not arrange subject three training within 90 days, 50% of the training fee will be refunded.
