Refunds are possible, but may not be fully refunded depending on the circumstances. For applicants who have already submitted their driver's license application at the vehicle management office, if they wish to terminate the application process before completion or are unable to complete the exams on schedule due to personal reasons, they can request cancellation from the vehicle management office at any time. Refund Standards: There is currently no unified regulation on refund standards. It generally depends on the service agreement signed at the time, which can be categorized as follows: 1. If you withdraw after enrolling in the driving school but before taking the medical examination or if you fail the medical examination, a service fee of 50 yuan may be deducted, though some driving schools offer full refunds. 2. If you withdraw after passing the medical examination and obtaining enrollment in the driving school but before applying for the subject one exam, management fees, contractual penalties, and incurred costs such as card production and medical examination fees will be deducted. 3. If you withdraw after passing the subject one exam and starting practical training, in addition to management fees, contractual penalties, and incurred costs like card production and medical examination fees, a practical training fee of 100-150 yuan per hour will be deducted based on the training hours completed. 4. If you participate in the subject two exam at the driving school, regardless of whether you pass, the tuition fee is generally non-refundable. 5. If the driving school fails to fulfill its teaching and exam commitments or if there are issues such as instructors engaging in rough teaching, soliciting bribes, or harassing female students, and the student's complaints are not resolved promptly and reasonably, resulting in a request to withdraw, only the incurred costs will be deducted.
