Can I Get a Loan to Buy a Used Car Without a Driver's License?

You can apply for a loan even without a driver's license. Documents required for a used car loan: Original and photocopy of ID card, household register, or other valid residence documents; proof of occupation and income; two recent one-inch photos; if the buyer is married, marriage certificate and spouse's documents are also required; purchase agreement, contract, or letter of intent signed with the dealer. Loan process of financial institutions: The buyer first selects a financial institution for the loan. The financial institution will recommend a designated dealer who has signed the "Used Car Consumer Loan Cooperation Agreement"; go to the dealer to select the desired used car and sign a purchase agreement specifying the model, quantity, color, etc.; submit the required documents to the financial institution to apply for the loan; after verifying the documents, the financial institution will sign a loan contract and a guarantee contract with the borrower; once the above procedures are completed, the financial institution will issue a loan notice to the dealer; the loan is usually disbursed within about 15 working days, followed by vehicle transfer, pickup, and purchase of vehicle insurance.
