If a newly obtained driver's license is deducted 6 points, for large vehicle licenses, the probation period will be extended by one year. For ordinary small vehicle licenses, there is no special impact, but if 12 points are deducted, the driving qualification will be revoked. Additional Information: According to Article 79 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses": If a motor vehicle driver accumulates 12 points for road traffic safety violations during the probation period, the driving qualification for the probationary vehicle type will be revoked. If the revoked driving qualification is not for the highest permitted vehicle type, the driving qualification for the highest permitted vehicle type shall also be revoked in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 78.
