Can I exchange the car if the new car has color difference?

New cars with color differences cannot be exchanged, as the current three-guarantee policy does not explicitly regulate color differences. Users can negotiate with the 4S store for a solution. Reasons for color differences in new cars: Metal and plastic materials have different adhesion and dilution effects on paint, and the thickness of the paint layer also varies slightly. These differences in spraying processes can result in slight variations in the paint surface. Regulations for car exchange under the three-guarantee policy: If the vehicle has serious safety faults that remain unresolved after two repairs; if the engine or transmission is replaced twice but still does not function properly; if the steering system, braking system, suspension system, front/rear axle, or body frame is replaced twice due to quality issues but still does not function properly; or if the cumulative repair time due to quality issues exceeds 35 days, or the same issue is repaired more than five times, the owner can apply for a refund or exchange.
