You can drive on the road using an electronic driver's license when your physical license is not with you. The application method and applicable scope of the electronic driver's license are as follows: How to apply for an electronic driver's license: Log in to the Traffic Management 12123 platform with your account and password, click on the 'Electronic Driver's License' option in the services section, enter your driver's license file number as prompted, and click 'Register'. After completing the registration, you can apply for the electronic driver's license here. Applicable scope: The electronic driver's license is only applicable in social scenarios such as law enforcement checks, passenger and freight transport, car rentals, and insurance purchases. It is not applicable for handling traffic violations such as temporary suspension, detention, or revocation of the driver's license.
