You cannot drive. Introduction: According to Article 28 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China": A motor vehicle driver shall not drive a motor vehicle if the driver's license is lost, damaged, expired, or has been legally detained or temporarily suspended, or if the accumulated demerit points reach 12. Materials required: Driver's recent 1-inch bareheaded photo (white background); Original and photocopy of the driver's ID card; (Damaged old driver's license) If the driver's license is lost, write a loss statement on the blank space of the ID card photocopy with signature and date. Fill out the "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application Form".
