C1 driver's license holders cannot directly upgrade to a Class A driver's license. To apply for an A1 license, the applicant must have held a B1 or B2 license for more than five years with no full-point records in the previous three cycles, or an A2 license for more than two years with no full-point records in the previous cycle. Specific process for applying for a B2 driver's license: Apply to the vehicle management office for upgrading to a B2 license; fill out the application form, submit ID and physical examination form, and provide the original motor vehicle driver's license; attend theoretical and practical exams as scheduled; the new license will be issued by the vehicle management office within seven working days after passing the exams. Requirements for upgrading from a C1 to B2 driver's license: Age between 20 and 60 years old; height not less than 155cm; holding a C1 license for at least one year; no record of 12 penalty points in the current and previous scoring cycles; visual acuity must reach 5.0 or above on the logarithmic visual acuity chart; no record of drunk driving or causing a fatal traffic accident with primary responsibility while holding a C1 license.
