According to the regulations, applying to add medium-sized passenger vehicles, tractors, or large passenger vehicles to the permitted driving models must also meet the following requirements: (1) To apply for adding medium-sized passenger vehicles to the permitted driving models: the applicant must have held a license for driving city buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic transmission cars, low-speed trucks, or three-wheeled vehicles for more than three years, and must not have a record of 12 points in the three most recent consecutive scoring cycles before the application; (2) To apply for adding tractors to the permitted driving models: the applicant must have held a license for driving medium-sized passenger vehicles or large trucks for more than three years, or have held a license for driving large passenger vehicles for more than one year, and must not have a record of 12 points in the three most recent consecutive scoring cycles before the application; (3) To apply for adding large passenger vehicles to the permitted driving models: the applicant must have held a license for driving city buses, medium-sized passenger vehicles, or large trucks for more than five years, or have held a license for driving tractors for more than two years, and must not have a record of 12 points in the five most recent consecutive scoring cycles before the application.
