Heavy motorcycles that meet the requirements are allowed to drive on highways. Relevant laws are introduced as follows: 1. Article 67 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates: Pedestrians, non-motor vehicles, tractors, wheeled special machinery vehicles, articulated buses, full-trailer towed vehicles, and other motor vehicles with a maximum design speed of less than 70 kilometers per hour are not allowed to enter highways. The maximum speed indicated by highway speed limit signs shall not exceed 120 kilometers per hour. 2. Section 5 of the Implementation Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China - Special Provisions for Highways: Article 78 Highways shall indicate the driving speed of lanes, the maximum speed shall not exceed 120 kilometers per hour, and the minimum speed shall not be less than 60 kilometers per hour. On highways, the maximum speed of small passenger cars shall not exceed 120 kilometers per hour, other motor vehicles shall not exceed 100 kilometers per hour, and motorcycles shall not exceed 80 kilometers per hour. (According to the speed limit stipulated in this article, motorcycles can only drive on the outermost lane of the highway).

I've been riding motorcycles for many years and often take highways on long trips. In most places, heavy motorcycles are allowed on highways, but specific rules must be followed, such as wearing a helmet, speed limits usually set between 80-100 km/h, and having a valid driver's license and license plate. I always check my bike's condition to ensure tire pressure and brake responsiveness, which helps reduce risks. Highway riding can be windy and tiring, so I take breaks in segments and avoid night travel when traffic is heavy. A reminder: some provinces may have additional restrictions, so it's best to check local traffic regulations before setting out. Motorcycle enthusiasts share that the scenery on highways is stunning, but safety always comes first—don't neglect equipment checks for the sake of speed.

As someone who has long been concerned about transportation policies, I find this issue quite common. Heavy motorcycles can access highways, but laws vary by region: for instance, in some countries, highway travel for motorcycles is completely legal, requiring minimum speed limits and helmet use; in certain sections of China's highways, it's permitted but often with stricter speed limits. Personally, I've noticed that violations may result in fines or vehicle impoundment, so I recommend checking for the latest regulatory updates. Highway riding demands high technical requirements for the vehicle, making regular maintenance of the engine and chain crucial to avoid breakdowns. Considering the trend toward environmental protection, many regions now encourage the use of motorcycles that meet emission standards. Everyone should prioritize compliant models to ensure smooth highway access.

What to Do When the Car Battery Dies Because the Lights Were Left On?

If the car battery suddenly dies, you should contact a rescue vehicle to connect jumper cables and temporarily charge the battery to start the engine. Connect the positive terminal of the dead battery to the positive terminal of the rescue vehicle's battery, then connect the negative terminal of the rescue vehicle's battery to a metal part of the stalled car. After connecting the jumper cables, start the rescue vehicle's engine and slightly increase the RPM. After about 5 minutes, the dead battery will receive an emergency charge. If no tools are available, the simplest method is to push-start the car. Ensure the battery still has some residual charge.

How to Remedy Bird Droppings Corrosion and Paint Cracking?

Use a wet wipe or a damp cloth, add a few drops of water to the dried bird droppings, wait for it to soften, and then wipe it off. Cover the bird droppings with a wet wipe or a small damp cloth. After two minutes, gently wipe off the bird droppings with a wet wipe or a small damp cloth. Be careful not to apply too much force. Do not let bird droppings stay on the car for too long, as they have a corrosive effect and can damage the car paint. Do not use a knife to scrape the droppings, as it will not only fail to clean them properly but also easily damage the car's surface, remove the paint, and require repairs, which is both unsightly and costly.

What is the clever trick for siphoning gas from a car?

It's best to use a white soft hose, and the inside of the tube should be clean without any debris. If the tube is dirty, it needs to be cleaned and dried. Insert one end of the tube into the car's fuel tank. Cover the end of the hose inserted into the fuel tank with your hand, place the clean other end in your mouth, and then suck hard. You will see the fuel slowly coming out of the fuel tank. Slowly bend down and place the fuel hose into a prepared fuel container. The fuel will then flow continuously into the container.
